A Tech Pack is the blueprint of your garment — including technical sketches (front, back, side views), BOM (Bill of Materials), graded spec sheets with measurements for every size, and artwork specifications for logos and branding. Clear specs at this stage prevent costly errors during bulk production. If you lack a complete tech pack, Shuliqi Apparel can help develop one from reference samples or detailed sketches.

After sourcing, our Quick Proofing Center creates the first prototype (Proto Sample) to test fit, fabric drape, and overall aesthetic.
Rarely is a first sample perfect. We work through a collaborative feedback loop — adjusting fit, construction, and details — until the Pre-Production Sample (PPS) is approved. The PPS is the golden sample representing exactly what bulk production will deliver.
Our QC team performs in-line inspection throughout sewing, plus a final AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) random inspection. Every piece is professionally steamed, labelled, poly-bagged, and packed into export-quality cartons.
